何道伟

微电子与光电子学系 博导

个人简历

2015年获金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城电子科学与技术博士学位,2015-2020年期间在金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城和加州大学洛杉矶分校从事博士后研究工作。现为金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城副教授,博导。曾获江苏省优秀博士学位论文博士研究生国家奖学金。主持国家自然科学基金面上青年项目博士后科学基金面上项目等,参与“国家重点研发计划”“国家重大仪器项目”等多项科学基金。

主要开展新型二维材料器件的研究,在Nature ElectronicsNature CommunicationsPhysical Review LettersScience AdvancedNano Letters 等国际高水平期刊发表论文,引用超过3000次。
