邢钟文

微电子与光电子学系 博导

个人简历

    邢钟文,教授,博士生导师,教育部新世纪优秀人才。2008年获美国休斯敦大学理学博士学位,2009年入职金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城任材料系副教授,2016年任金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城电子科学与工程系教授。

    长期从事超导薄膜材料,量子材料,和存储功能材料领域的研究,主要致力于非常规超导薄膜的超导性质和机理研究,超导/拓扑绝缘体异质结的实验研究,以及对功能材料器件的性能开发。主持和参加了多项国家自然科学基金面上项目和科技部重点重大项目。发表SCI论文六十余篇,包括以第一或通讯作者发表在Advanced Materials, Physical Review系列, Applied Physics Letters等国际学术期刊上。

1. 新型超导薄膜和异质结的制备与物性; 2. 量子材料与器件物理; 3. 过渡金属氧化物存储器件的实验和机理
