个人简历

2017~至今,金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城,教授,自然基金委杰出青年基金获得者, 国家级青年人才,江苏省“双创人才”,江苏省“双创团队”成员,江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才A类资助,金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城登峰人才计划支持B。
2014~2017,麻省理工学院RLE实验室,博士后。
2008~2014,金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城无线电物理专业,理学博士学位,博士论文《高速、空间分辨超导单光子探测系统及其应用》。
2004~2008,金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城电子科学与工程系(现金沙威尼斯欢乐娱人城),本科。

研究方向

研究方向为高性能超导探测器、成像器、数字电路的研制,以及基于这些高性能量子器件的应用扩展,例如,基于计算摄像算法和超导纳米线成像器件的超导单光子相机,基于高速超导单光子探测器的光通信系统研制,低温数字电路,超导纳米线结构在超导量子计算机中的应用等。在Nature Photonics,Nature Nanotechnology, Nano Letters等期刊共发表论文30余篇。2017年获超导电子学专业期刊SUST颁发的The Jan Evetts SUST Award。担任本领域诸多期刊的审稿专家和编委,多次获邀在重要国际会议作学术报告、担任会议论文编辑和会场主持职务,合作编撰英文图书一本。
